Overview

Bruker’s new PFMFM-LM probe is designed for Peak Force based MFM. The probe offers ~2.5X the sensitivity of our MESP-LM-V2 probe for better lateral resolution and higher contrast MFM images.

The PFMFM-LM magnetic coating has a nominal coercivity of <400Oe (medium/low), and a magnetic moment of 0.3e-13 EMU (low).
