New super sharp probe for highest resolution imaging on the most delicate and challenging samples.
Optimized for PeakForce Tapping operation in air and fluid. Recommended for use with any PeakForce tapping enabled Bruker AFM. Combines a tip with 1 nm nominal end radius and low 0.12 N/m spring constant to provide highest resolution imaging when preservation of tip and sample are most challenging. Resonant frequency is 100 kHz in air, 30 kHz in fluid.
