Requires specialized probe holder model VITA-CH-MM. If using newer High-Efficiency probe holder model VITA-CH-MM-HE, then probe model VITA-HE-GLA-1 is required instead.
Specifically designed for use with VITA module. Uses other than with VITA module void probe warranty.
Highly static sensitive. Do not measure resistance with conventional resistance meters.
Not compatible with previous generation SThM application modules.

Tip Specification
Scanning Thermal Microscopy probes are specially designed contact mode probes that incorporate a thin metal film near the apex of the probe. The probes are mounted on a precision support.
